please feel free to click on images to enlarge....

click on part 1part 2part 3, part 4 to see them....

Hi Everyone,

Little League is now over, but it was fun. I only went to a couple of games because of the weather. Since my last post, I spent my spring vacation in Monterey and Morro Bay having a great time. I saw so much wildlife; Humpback Whales, Gray Whales, Risso's Dolphins, Pacific White Sided Dolphins, Sea Otters, Birds, Sea Lions, Harbor Seals, and Elephant Seals. I have visited San Francisco Zoo since too to see the young tiger cub, and San Diego Zoo to see the Panda Cub and baby Takins along with other animals. Both were a lot of fun. School is going good. I still love going to school, am learning a lot and helping my teacher in class. And I am staying healthy. Will blog about it once I am done with my M-A-W trip. :)

Are you all ready for part 4 of my Make-A-Wish trip??? One more part after this one, then I will be done.. Remember, up above you can click on other parts to see if you missed any. :)

A Day in the Village, Thanksgiving and Christmas...

Today, we stayed in the village. It was quite windy off and on, chilly, plus mom came down sick, so she thought it would be good if we both had a relaxing day since we've just been on the go so much. I wasn't too crazy about that idea, and my seizures & tremors increased, but still had a great day. Plus I really did need to get things done too.

This morning (very early again), I got to go see Mickey Mouse in the theater, and Goofy in the Castle of Miracles. On my way to see Goofy, I ran in to Belle on the Avenue of Angels.

After we visited with them, we went to the Gingerbread House for breakfast before going back to our villa.

Once the wind calmed down, we went to the World's Largest Candy Land at Matthew's Boundless Playground to check it out. That was fun. Lots of colors. We missed the Sunday night evening game of Candyland. Families play a life sized game of Candyland on the playground using giant cards and following the footpath that looks like the board from the game.

As we left the playground, we saw Santa's helpers delivering gifts to the villas. They are volunteers at Give Kids the World.

We walked by the swimming area. I really wanted to go swimming, but they only had an outdoor pool, so it was too cold to go. It looked like a fun area. They even had a pirates ship.

Then I went to the Castle of Miracles to make my Magic Pillow and do my star.

I first had to write on my star. Then I open the lid to put my star in the box for the "star fairy" to pick-up. On the screens, the "Star Fairy" shows you she is taking your star to the fairy place. I was able to watch the "Star Fairy" from screen to screen by following the lights in the vine.

The "Star Fairy" then says good-bye and takes your star to the "Star Fairy" that will hang it up in the castle during the night.

Every now and then, they have to add on to the castle to make more room for the stars. The ceiling is adorned with over 86,000 stars. My star was hung in the new wing that was just added for 2011 & 2012. I was not able to go see my star because I did it so late in the week, but I can go back any time to see where it is. I have a star passport with the coordinates on it to tell me exactly where it is. :)

I had to bring my Magic Pillow Certificate to the Castle of Miracles to make my Magic Pillow.

I had to go up to this screen with the Owl sleeping to wake it up. Then I had to go through this process of following instructions, which included pushing specific buttons at specific times. I was making my pillow. Then when the Owl "made" the pillow it appeared in a box. Unfortunately, the pillow that came out was not the right one, but the staff member who was helping me got the one I made. :) It's perfect size, and I used it on the plane ride home. :)

This evening was Thanksgiving dinner, then Mayor Clayton's Christmas party, so mom and I decided to run down to Downtown Disney after a nap to see if we could find something Christmassy to wear. It was so windy and cold there that we only went to two stores near the parking lot. I found a Minnie Mouse sweater. :) I also got a soft, fuzzy blanket. I love these blankets and can never have enough of them.

We got back to GKTW for Thanksgiving Dinner, but before going to dinner, we stopped in at our villa and I had a Santa helper's hat on the table for me. Oh, and yesterday, I got a puzzle.

Mom enjoyed her dinner, but really did miss my great grandma's yams. Me too. I would always have a few bites of them. Mom will have to make some when we get back home. Mom gave me a bit of her mashed potatoes and gravy, but I was too busy playing and listening to the clinging of silverware that I just could not eat by mouth then. Today, Cubby was dressed in her Thanksgiving outfit, which everyone commented on.

After dinner, it was time for Mayor Clayton's Christmas parade and party, so I took Cubby to the car to change her outfit from Thanksgiving to Christmas.

On our way to the car, we ran into Thanksgiving Mayor Clayton and Miss Merry Mary.

We saw the horse carriage, and we thought of going for a carriage ride, but it was just too cold. It really was neat as they had a place for wheelchairs. Next time.

I got to see Santa Claus in the theater. Afterwards, I was able to pick out my own Christmas toy. They had rows of shelves full of toys for each child to pick one out.

Then I went to the Avenue near the House of Hearts to listen to the orchestra play, which I really enjoyed. They were a professional group from Orlando, but I forget what their name was.

After that was the Winter of Wonderland parade. It was very small, but cute and snowing. Winter princess in the parade:

Mom and I went to the ice cream parlor to have ice cream. I was really tired and agitated, but I still had about 2-3 bites.

Some sights from around the village that I saw today....
