Challenger Baseball League & More....

Hi Everyone,

I have been very busy with all aspects of my life, especially school. I just love school and thoroughly enjoying it. Been studying reptiles, but before then it was birds and fish. You should see my house - it has birds, fish, turtles, and now geckos all over. :)

Mom signed me up this year for Challenger Baseball League through Montalvo Little League. YAY!

Opening Day

 Game Day

My buddies (assistants) were Jordan from Anacapa Middle School, and Guy from Buena High School. We had three stations for practice before we had our game.

I had to practice throwing and catching the ball.

Batting Practice

Time for the game to begin.. :)

Hitting the ball....

Heading to first base...

Safe on First Base...

On my way to second base...

Going to third base...

Almost to third base...

Safe at third base....

Waiting at third base.  I was safe at home - just too many people blocking mom to get a picture.  Next game..

After game meeting with my team and cheer.

One of the opponents came over to give me a high 5 for a good game... :)
WHALE WATCHING
Mom took me whale watching and I got to see my friends; the dolphins. Captain Anthony said I found the dolphins. It was cold when we got to the harbor, but ended up bring a pretty warm day out. These are some photos mom has taken this season so far.

First Blue Whale of the season... March

Today I brought home a Snake... I had to make a cute one since mom does not like Snakes at all. I laughed while rolling the newspaper. I had to try several times to get it right. I really love my school and all the work I  do. I am learning a lot! Mom tries her best to make sure I can go every day!

Until next time!

Love,
Kayla
